Find Your Role
Stylist:
You’re the energy on the floor. You connect with customers, understand their style, help them discover new pieces, and make sure the store always feels unmistakably Subdued.
Stock Associate:
You keep everything moving behind the scenes. From deliveries and replenishment to organization and stockroom standards, you help make sure the team has what they need when they need it.
Lead:
Part stylist, part leader. You support the management team, help guide the team on the floor, and take on additional responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the store.
Assistant Store Manager:
You help lead the team, drive the business, develop people, and support the Store Manager in creating a strong store culture and customer experience.
Store Manager:
You own the store experience. From developing your team and driving performance to bringing the Subdued culture to life, you set the tone for your location.

Do I need retail experience?
It depends on the role. For Stylist positions, we’re often more interested in your energy, style, customer connection, and willingness to learn than years of experience.
For leadership and management positions, previous retail leadership experience is preferred.
