Accessibility Statement

Digital accessibility for Subdued.

We firmly believe that the Internet should be available and accessible to everyone. We
are committed to providing touchpoints that are accessible to the widest possible
audience, regardless of circumstances and abilities

To this end, Subdued partners with AccessiWay, a specialized provider of
digital accessibility solutions, to align as closely as possible with the Web Content
Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) developed by the World Wide Web Consortium
(W3C).

These guidelines outline how to make web content accessible to people with a wide range
of needs, including individuals who are blind or have low vision, and those with motor,
cognitive, neurological, or sensory disabilities.

By adhering to the WCAG and leveraging the technical support of AccessiWay, we strive
to ensure that our website can be used by the largest possible number of people, in
accordance with principles of inclusivity and applicable regulations

We provide a mechanism that allows users to report digital
accessibility issues and request accessible alternatives. This is
a legal requirement and ensures transparency, traceability, and
timely responses.

Feedback

Despite our ongoing efforts to make our website adaptable to everyone’s needs, there
may still be pages or sections that are not fully accessible, are in the process of becoming
accessible, or for which an adequate technological solution is not yet available.

We remain committed to continuously improving our accessibility by adding, updating,
and enhancing features and functionalities, as well as developing and adopting new
technologies.

Our goal is to achieve optimal accessibility in line with technological advancements.
