Options, times and shipping costs
All orders are shipped within 1-3 working days from the order date, while delivery times vary depending on the shipping option selected at checkout. Additionally, you cannot modify the delivery option after placing the order.
Shipping times may be delayed due to holidays. Nonetheless, products will be delivered within 30 calendar days, as required by law. In case of issues or non-receipt of your order, please contact Customer Care within 30 days from shipment to receive assistance. Otherwise, we will not be able to guarantee a refund and/or reshipment.
Delivery Times
Orders are shipped within 1-3 working days from the order date.
By choosing the Standard option, your order will be delivered in 2-6 working days from date of dispatch.
Delivery Method
If you are not present at the time of delivery, the courier will make a second delivery attempt or leave a notice with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery or collect your order at a Service Point.
Shipping Costs
Once a specific threshold is reached, you will benefit from a discount on the shipping cost.

We remind you that, in case you decide to customize the delivery of your order through ODD and/or authorize the courier to deliver the package without a signature for receipt and to leave it unattended (e.g., mailbox, garden, outside the front door, etc.), we are not responsible for any theft and/or loss of the package, and in any case, we cannot guarantee a refund or a new shipment.
If the package shows clear signs of tampering at the time of delivery by the courier, it is advisable to accept the delivery "with reservation". Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the acceptance of any claims reported at a later time.
Options, times, and return costs
All orders can be returned within 30 days from dispatch date by filling the online return form. From the moment the return request is submitted online, you have an additional 30 days to ensure the package physically reaches our warehouse. After this period, we cannot guarantee a refund for your order.
How to?
To ask for a return click here and follow the instructions to complete your return, specifying the reasons for your choice and selecting your preferred shipping method. Wait for the email confirming the acceptance of your request: here you will find the instructions for returning items.
Prepare your return for shipment, making sure to print and paste the label onto the package, following the instructions you received by email, and wait for the arrival of the courier. You can ship your return parcel using the original packaging, as long as it is still intact and does not show signs of tampering and/or wear. Otherwise, you can choose a different packaging to ship your return, making sure it is in good condition, well sealed and it can handle shipping.
Once your package returns to our warehouse and after approving the return, we will provide a refund for the same value of the garment/s you have returned to us. Returns will be processed within 10 business days from when we received them.
The refund will be processed through the same payment method you used for the initial transaction. Your balance will be updated within 14 business days after the refund confirmation, according to your bank processing times.
Return Times
By choosing the Standard option, your return will be delivered to our warehouse within a maximum of 5 working days.
Return Costs
By choosing to return your order, you agree to pay the shipping cost for the return method selected during the return process. This amount will be deducted from the total refund.
